Your job is not to solve your team's problems for them. This lesson builds your coaching muscle: asking instead of telling, playing to strengths, and giving people work that grows them.
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
1. Run one coaching conversation per team member using a question-based framework with no advice-giving, and log what you said versus what you asked.
2. Identify the top strength of each direct report and assign at least one stretch task per person that uses that strength.
3. Hold a 15-minute development conversation with each team member that ends with a written growth goal aligned to their current work.
