The Services licensed and governed by these Terms are strictly for end-users in the “Educational Market” (which means any entity or person associated with an educational institution, including without limitation, preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, institutions of further and higher education and conservatoire as well as care homes, professional subscriptions, and libraries). For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include private individual consumers.
