Coaching Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered into as of Jul 17, 2026, by and between:

By signing up for the coaching program described below, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Program Overview
The Client is enrolling in:

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Attend scheduled sessions on time
Engage fully and honestly in the coaching process
Complete any agreed-upon tasks or exercises
Be responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the process
4. Coach Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to:
Provide professional, confidential support throughout the program
Hold a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth
Offer insights, tools, and guidance based on the Client’s needs
5. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded
The Coach reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared in sessions is confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except where required by law.

Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. The Client acknowledges full responsibility for their decisions and outcomes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing. If the Client terminates early, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
